What Aval is

Aval is a crypto market analysis tool. It calculates signals with code, gives each signal a score and shows the results of a demo account that trades on paper, with fake money and real prices. On paid plans, it can also send orders to your Hyperliquid account, if you authorize it.

What Aval is not

Aval is not investment advice, analysis or recommendation. It does not manage third-party funds and does not hold custody of assets. No published signal, score or result guarantees future profit.

Plans and payments

The Free plan has no cost. The Pro and Pro+ plans are paid through Mercado Pago, which processes the payment data. Aval does not see or store your card details.

With a monthly card subscription, the charge repeats every month until you cancel in Your account. Canceling stops future charges, and the plan stays active until the end of the period already paid. With a one-time payment by Pix (Brazil's instant payment system) or card, you pay for 1 or 12 months at once, with no automatic renewal.

You can withdraw from the purchase within 7 days after payment and get a full refund, as provided by Article 49 of the Código de Defesa do Consumidor (CDC, Brazil's Consumer Protection Code). Just write to contato@avalcrypto.com from your account's email address. Once the amount is refunded, the plan goes back to Free.

Prices may change. A change only applies to the next charge and is announced by email at least 30 days in advance.

Order execution

On paid plans, you can authorize an agent wallet on Hyperliquid so Aval can send real orders to your account. The agent wallet can trade, but it cannot withdraw or transfer funds, and you can disconnect it in the dashboard or revoke it on Hyperliquid itself whenever you want. Your balance always stays in your Hyperliquid account.

Each real order uses isolated margin with 2x leverage, has a maximum value per order shown in the dashboard and goes out with a stop and a target. It respects the maximum daily loss and the pauses after losses that you set. If Hyperliquid rejects the stop or the target, Aval closes the position immediately and alerts you in the dashboard.

Real auto mode is off by default. When on, it sends orders without asking for confirmation, up to 20 per day, whenever a signal reaches your minimum score. Real orders can lose money. Failures at the exchange, the network or Aval can delay an order or keep it from filling at the expected price, and you are responsible for your trades.

Permitted use

You may use the scoreboard, the signals and the public MCP tools for personal use. You may not overload the service, get around access limits or resell the data without permission.

Liability

Investment decisions are yours. Aval is not liable for losses resulting from use of the published information, from third-party failures (exchanges, data providers or AI models) or from service downtime.
