Chainlink LINK

Chainlink is an oracle network. It brings data from outside the blockchain, such as asset prices, into smart contracts, which cannot fetch that information on their own. Many decentralized finance apps depend on this data.

LINK is the token used to pay the network's node operators. In the market, it tends to react to news of integrations with other networks and apps, as well as to the general mood in crypto.
